Ideal Care Solutions is a London-based care agency. We're passionate about providing care and support for young people aged 16 and over leaving the care system.

Our Mission

ICS provides accommodation and support to Local Government Children Services Departments across London and the Home Counties. We aim to offer a comprehensive service as permitted by legislation and to provide advice, support, guidance and assistance to young people.

Residential Units

YPs are accommodated in shared housing. ICS will support the care / pathway plan, promoting the young person’s overall well being; developing the young person’s sense of identity. Regulated key work promote young people’s independence skills.

Semi-independence 18+

ICS promote the continuum of care afforded to the young person by offering the Local Authority the opinion of placing young people in ICS’s semi independent dwellings within the community. ICS further extend our services in offering outreach support for an additional charge.

Outreach

ICS offer outreach support to young people placed within their local community or external boroughs. We provide a minimum of three hours face to face time per week. Additional time can be provided to included specialised key work support.

Safety

We have set procedures to ensure the safety of every one of our Young People. This includes direct contact with Police and local authorities and a high standard of security in all of our units.
